Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IXXI, a trivia game operated by MIXXIA CO., a company registered in the State of Kuwait. By creating an account or using IXXI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1 · Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an IXXI account. If you are under 18, you may only use IXXI with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and only they may authorise a purchase.

One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared, or transferred.

2 · Credits

IXXI runs on credits. One credit starts one game. Credits are a limited licence to access the service — not money, not stored value, not property. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

• Free credits may be granted at signup or via referrals, at our discretion
• Paid credits are purchased in bundles at the price shown at checkout
• Free credits are consumed before paid credits
• A credit is consumed when a game starts, not when it finishes
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active

We may change pricing or bundle composition at any time. Changes never affect credits already purchased.

3 · Payment

Payments are processed by MyFatoorah, a licensed Kuwaiti payment provider. We never receive or store your card details. All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).

Credits are added once payment is confirmed. If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact us and we will fix it.

4 · Refunds

Credits are digital goods delivered immediately, so purchases are non-refundable — except where the fault is ours. See the Refund Policy.

5 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to claim free credits repeatedly
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated access
• Reverse-engineer the service or extract our question library
• Resell or commercially exploit access without written permission
• Interfere with the service, its security, or other users

We use fraud-prevention signals to detect duplicate-account abuse. Accounts abusing free credits may have those credits removed without notice.

6 · Content

All questions, answers, artwork, audio, branding, and software in IXXI are owned by or licensed to MIXXIA CO. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for playing IXXI — nothing more.

We aim for accuracy but do not warrant every answer is error-free. Report mistakes and we will review them.

7 · Availability

We work to keep IXXI available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance or modify features at any time.

8 · Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service.

On deletion, remaining credits are forfeited and not refunded. Certain irreversible records are retained for fraud prevention — see the Privacy Policy.

9 · Liability

IXXI is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, MIXXIA CO. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10 · Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.

11 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Where the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
